Join Steve & Shaun of renowned Logan Brown restaurant, for an unforgettable weekend at The Lindis showcasing the best of New Zealand food and wine.

Shaun, an advocate for nose to tail dining, is passionate about finding new and innovative ways to cooking. Alongside The Lindis Head Chef, Olly Le Maitre, and his team, he will use this know-how and passion to create a weekend highlighting the best of New Zealand game and their favourite produce from the land and sea.

Steve will use his years of New Zealand wine knowledge to delve into The Lindis cellar to prepare matches that complement each dish on the menu.

Friday night will start off with champagne and canapés. You will then be treated to a tasting menu expertly prepared by Shaun and The Lindis team. Saturday will include a long style lunch, highlighting fare game venison. Then finish off on Saturday night with a more casual a la carte dinner, or hamper to take back to your room.

  • To confirm a reservation a deposit equal to one nights tariff is required per room.

  • All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.
