We are pleased to announce our upcoming themed weekend at Sage Restaurant: ‘A Collaboration with Chef Ryan Moore’.

Originally from the UK, Ryan moved to New Zealand in December of 2018 and quickly fell in love our country.

Ryan has extensive culinary experience, which has exposed him to a wide range of culinary styles. With over 10 years of experience at Michelin starred restaurants across the United Kingdom, Ryan has pushed his genuine love of food to the highest level.

Ryan took the helm of one of New Zealand’s most prestigious restaurants, The Grove for over 3 and a half years. After a small career break, Ryan took on the task to create the menu for Savor Groups largest restaurant to date Bivacco.

With a great interest in bringing to the table unusual ingredients and combinations for his dishes, Ryan is very familiar with the Northland Region and has made great connections with its suppliers which has helped him to showcase a menu lead by the local ingredients with flavours driven to the fullest.
