SAGE | TRUFFLE & PINOT

This June, Sage invites you to a special menu event pairing two of New Zealand’s most expressive ingredients — truffle and Pinot Noir.


Indulge in a six-course set menu showcasing the very best of New Zealand’s seasonal produce, featuring Central Otago truffle. Each course will be paired with wines from Clos Ostler, a boutique vineyard in the Waitaki Valley. Grown in limestone-rich soils and shaped by a cool climate, their Pinot Noir celebrate depth and complexity – the perfect match for truffle-forward menu.



Event Details:

Saturday 28 June – Dinner | 5:30pm – 7:30pm

Sunday 29 June - Lunch | 11:30am – 1:30pm

Six-course truffle set menu – $145 per person

Optional Clos Ostler wine pairing – $125 per person



All ingredients are subject to seasonal availability. While we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, some requests may not be possible due to the nature of the set menu. Our à la carte menu will not be available during the event. Sage will be closed for dinner service on Sunday 29 June.
