A minimum two-night stay applies, with the exception of Clos Ostler Vineyard Suites, where a two-night minimum applies during the festive season only.

Stay inclusions are outlined for each accommodation type and may vary by property.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST.

The Lindis Lodge guests must be 12 years or older, unless the Lodge is reserved for exclusive use.

Paroa Bay Off-Grid Cabins and Clos Ostler Vineyard Suites are not generally suitable for young children due to their location and design. Infants may be accommodated at our discretion; please contact our team to discuss.

All reservations are subject to availability.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining accommodation balance is due on departure. For Clos Ostler Vineyard Suites, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.

Unless otherwise stated, all additional experiences and incidentals are to be settled on departure.

Merchant surcharges may apply to card payments. To avoid these charges, we recommend payment by direct bank transfer.

Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival: 100% refundable.

Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total stay amount is due upon cancellation.

Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival: 100% of total stay amount is due upon cancellation.
