A minimum two-night stay applies.

Stay inclusions are outlined for each room type and may vary by property.

Holds can be placed for 7 days, after which time they may be removed without notice.

Extensions to holds are solely at the discretion of the reservations team.

Rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.

Guests must be 12 years or older at The Lindis Lodge, unless booking a full-property exclusive use buyout.

Our off-grid cabins are not suitable for young children due to their location and design.

Infants may be accommodated at our discretion.

All reservations are subject to availability; availability can change at any time.

A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to secure your reservation, unless you are on agreed credit terms with us.

Accommodation balance is due 30 days prior to your clients’ arrival, unless you are on agreed credit terms with us.

Experiences booked by you in advance, will be invoiced to you at agent net rate on your client’s departure, due the 20th of the month following. 

Incidentals will be charged to your clients directly upon departure.

Merchant surcharges may apply to card payments. To avoid additional charges, we recommend paying by direct bank transfer.  

Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival: 100% refundable. 

Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total stay amount is due upon cancellation.

Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival: 100% of total stay amount is due upon cancellation.

Bookings cancelled from 1 September to date of arrival: 100% of total stay amount is due upon cancellation.
