Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Main Lodge and Pods, as well as the Black Diamond, the stables, the gym, guides’ room and fly-fishing room, gift shop and main gate.
Rates are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Policies
Yes, a minimum two-night stay applies.
Guests must be 12 years or older, unless booking a full-property buyout. Triple occupancy in suites is possible with a rollaway bed at an additional nightly cost.
No, pets are not permitted in order to protect wildlife and the comfort of all guests, with the exception of certified guide and service dogs.

Yes, The Lindis is available for exclusive full-property buyouts.
Location
You can access The Lindis by vehicle via Birchwood Road, a well-maintained gravel road (4WD recommended). Conditions can vary in winter. We also have a private helipad on site. Please refer to our Destination page for more details.
Transfers are not included in the nightly rate.
We offer both vehicle and helicopter private transfers at an additional cost from Queenstown, Wanaka and Christchurch. Other locations can be arranged upon request.
We have a power outlet (230 V system) available for guests to use; you will need your own connector. There is also a Tesla Supercharger located about 30 minutes from The Lindis, in Omarama.

Accommodation
Accommodation includes up to two guests. Triple occupancy can be arranged in our suites at an additional nightly cost. This includes a rollaway bed and standard stay inclusions.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost (subject to availability). If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact our team to discuss options.

Yes, we have a fully equipped gym available onsite for guest use.
Yes, we have an outdoor private hot tub complimentary for guest use.

Breakfast is à la carte. Lunch may be enjoyed as a light à la carte menu in the lodge or taken as a packed lunch for adventures. Dinner is a multi-course set menu, beginning with pre-dinner drinks and canapés.
Yes — we cater to all dietary needs and preferences. Please advise these in your pre-arrival communication. Each morning, the evening’s menu is shared with you, allowing us to reconfirm your preferences on the day.
