At The Lindis Group, we understand luxury. We know modern comfort in the cradle of a beautiful natural environment is the best place to start. And we know that contemporary and curated spaces are the bedrock for real relaxation.
As New Zealand’s newest luxury residence group, we’ve created an unmatched portfolio of three properties that span from the tropical azure of New Zealand’s North to the rugged and muted tones of the South.
Our flagship property — The Lindis — is a beautifully modern lodge residence, nestled almost imperceptibly in the Ahuriri Valley in the country’s South, and is architecturally designed to mimic the rolling contours of the high-country valley floor. In the Northern Bay of Islands, you will find our third property, Paroa Bay — featuring three luxury villas, a winery estate and Sage Restaurant. A little further South, near Wanaka is our newest property, Mt. Isthmus. This is a luxury sole use premium villa on the shores of the incredible Lake Hāwea.
These distinctly New Zealand locations provide us with so much more than scenery. Firstly, the incredible flora and fauna from which we design our menus — utilising ingredients such line caught Kingfish from the Bay of Islands and Wild Fiordland Venison in the South — mean our culinary offerings, paired with our unparalleled quiver wines, are matched only by the landscapes that surround them. Secondly, of course, the activities on offer are as unique and diverse as our settings — with world-class angling on the doorstep of the Lindis, to learning about the rich and complex viticulture techniques of Paroa Bay, we truly have something for everyone.
And finally, overarching everything we do, is our warm New Zealand hospitality, with staff who know the value of professionalism but also understand the importance of genuine interactions and local knowledge.
We know we offer an unmatched and all-encompassing experience of luxury New Zealand at The Lindis Group, but you don’t have to take our word for it. We welcome you to come and experience it for yourself.'
