Our team is available pre-arrival to assist in curating experiences, arranging provisions, and shaping an itinerary to your preferences. On site your dedicated Villa Host will be on hand for breakfast and dinner service, and to assist with daily plans. The Villa will be entirely yours during the day for quiet moments or full day adventures.
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the villa.
Rates are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Yes — children are welcome. Mt Isthmus is an exclusive-hire villa, perfect for families.
No, pets are not permitted, in order to protect wildlife and the comfort of all guests. Certified guide and service dogs are welcome.

Location
The Villa is a 30-minute drive from Wanaka township and a 90-minute drive from Queenstown International Airport (ZQN). Accessible via State Highway 6, a popular scenic drive towards the West Coast of the South Island. The journey offers plenty to see along the way, though winter conditions can be varied.
Transfers are not included in the nightly rate. Private vehicle or helicopter transfers are available at an additional cost.
Lake Hawea experiences four distinct seasons: hot, dry summers and golden autumns to snowy winters and cool, clear springs. Temperatures range from -5°C in winter to 30°C in summer.

Accommodation
Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
There are four suites, each with a super king-size bed, featuring a private ensuite, luxury linens, and uninterrupted lake or mountain views.
