Come together this Valentine’s Day at Sage. Join us for a long lunch above the vines or settle in for an intimate evening as the sun sets across the bay.
Our Executive Chef Dan, and the Sage kitchen team, have created a special menu designed for sharing. Guests may choose between a four-course or five-course menu, available throughout the day. Our menu offers a refined expression of New Zealand cuisine, shaped by produce from our gardens and locally sourced ingredients.
To mark the occasion, Louis Roederer Champagne will be available in special formats and at event pricing. Our restaurant team has also curated a thoughtful selection of estate wines, alongside local and international producers, to complement the menu. Live music will gently set the tone across both lunch and dinner service.

Our full bar will be available on the day, alongside a thoughtfully curated selection of estate, local, and international wines to compliment the menu. Beverages are available at an additional cost.
