Sage is open Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00pm – 10:00pm, and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Sage Restaurant is located at Paroa Bay Winery, a 15 minute drive from Russell township.
Sage operates a complimentary shuttle service twice daily from Russell Wharf (departures at 12:00pm and 5:30pm). Seats are limited, so booking ahead is essential.
