Gather at Sage
Join us for lunch or dinner, seven days a week this season. Our Trust the Chef menu is ideal for smaller groups, with group set menus available for tables of 12 or more, shaped by the season and the produce of Northland.
Pair your menu with wines grown and made here at Paroa Bay, or let our team help you pre-select bottles for the table.
For groups of up to 10 guests, our complimentary Sage courtesy van can be arranged from Russell Wharf, subject to availability, making it easy to settle in for lunch, an afternoon around the table or dinner at Sage.
Begin in the Tasting Room
Begin the occasion with a private hosted tasting in our Tasting Room. Taste five estate-grown wines with the people who grow, hand-pick, make and bottle them here at Paroa Bay, and discover more about the vineyard, the seasons and what shapes each vintage.
Add a vineyard tour and make it part of a longer afternoon at Paroa Bay, before gathering around the table at Sage.
