Clos Ostler Truffle Weekend

Returning this winter, Sage invites you to a weekend celebrating two of the South Island’s most distinctive seasonal expressions — black truffle and cool-climate wine.

Sourced from Black Quail Estate and grown in schist soils, the season’s truffles are paired alongside wines from our sister vineyard, Clos Ostler, shaped by the limestone soils of the Waitaki Valley. Each course is designed around the earthy richness and depth of the truffle season.

Hosted by Clos Ostler Brand Ambassador Connor Magides alongside Viticulturist Timbo Deaker, this is an evening celebrating the character of New Zealand winter produce alongside award-winning wines at Sage.
