Paroa Bay Harvest Celebration

With harvest behind us and a new chapter ahead, it’s time to celebrate! On Friday 17 April, we invite you to Sage Restaurant to join the Paroa Bay Winery team in marking the season just passed, and what’s to come.

Join us from 5:30pm for canapés and a glass of Paroa Bay wine on the deck, hosted by our team, as we celebrate the close of harvest. At 6:30pm sharp, we will gather at a shared long table inside for a four-course sharing menu by Executive Chef Dan Fraser, each course thoughtfully matched with Paroa Bay wines.

Throughout the evening, be among the first to experience our newest vintages, hear from our winemaker Margot Best, and learn the stories, decisions, and moments that have shaped each wine, from harvest through to bottle.

    • Sage’s à la carte menu will not be available on the evening.

    • The menu includes canapés, a four-course shared dining experience, and five Paroa Bay wine matches (100ml pours each).

    • Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.

    • Guests will be seated at one shared table.

    • While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, some requests may not be possible. Please advise any requirements at the time of booking.

    • A complimentary Sage shuttle service operates to and from Russell Wharf (maximum 10 guests). Please follow the prompts on the booking page to check availability and reserve your seat.
