Louis Roederer Champagne Dinner
On Saturday 12 December, join us at Sage for an evening celebrating Louis Roederer. This year, the Champagne House celebrates 250 years of history, and so lets gather to discover the wines, the craft, and the conviction behind them.
Set above the Bay of Islands, Sage provides a fitting setting for a five-course set menu, crafted by Executive Chef Dan Fraser, served alongside an optional Louis Roederer Champagne pairing. Louis Roederer Ambassador, Ben Longhurst, will join us throughout the evening introducing you to the Champagnes, sharing his knowledge and some stories from the House’s history.

Sage’s à la carte menu will not be available on the evening.

The menu includes a five-course set menu ($145 per person), and an optional five glass Louis Roederer Champagne match (100ml pours each; additional $195 per person).

Our full bar will also be available throughout the evening.

Reservations are available between 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Seatings are 150 mins.
