Sundowners
This winter, join us for Sundowners at Sage. Every Friday from 5:00–6:30pm, we’ll be pouring a rotating selection of premium wines by the glass from our weekly Coravin lineup, featuring Paroa Bay back vintages alongside standout New Zealand and international labels. Each week highlights different varietals and regions.
At 5:00pm, you can also opt into a relaxed, hosted tasting at the shared table. Led by our team, this informal session includes three wines and offers a great way to explore new styles. Whether you join the tasting or simply come along for a glass, Sundowners at Sage is a chance to unwind after the week, gather with friends, and discover something new at Sage.

Pricing is indicative of a starting price only. The Sundowners menu and wine lineup will change weekly.

Hosted tastings from $45 per person include three 75ml pours. Tasting begin promptly at 5:00pm at the shared table.

A rotating Sundowners food and wine menu will be available for all guests each Friday evening. Our full beverage and dinner menus will be available.

Reservations are not required, however are always recommended.

A complimentary Sage shuttle service operates to and from Russell Wharf (maximum 10 guests). Please follow the prompts on the booking page to check availability and reserve your seat.
