Sage Supper Club
This winter, we invite you to Sage Supper Club. A monthly long-table dinner, bringing people together over a shared meal. One Friday a month, join us for a relaxed shared evening, with snacks followed by a three-course menu thoughtfully created by Executive Chef Dan Fraser. Enjoy the opportunity to spend time with our team and community, taste what’s in season, sample Dan’s newly developed dishes, and enjoy a dining experience that reflects what we do best. The menu will change with the season, shaped by Northland ingredients but always enjoyed together.
Supper Club is designed to be returned to, a familiar table shared with others who enjoy good food. It’s a chance to return each month with friends, connect with our community, and enjoy the simple pleasure of a shared meal together. Guests are welcome to join for a single evening but are encouraged to make it a monthly ritual.

A complimentary Sage shuttle service operates to and from Russell Wharf (maximum 10 guests). Please follow the prompts on the booking page to check availability and reserve your seat.
