Booking Guidelines
A minimum two-night stay applies.
Stay inclusions are outlined for each room type and may vary by property.
Rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.
All reservations are subject to availability.
Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to one night's tariff is required per room or per villa reserved to secure your client's reservation.
Valid credit card details are also required to be held on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Unless otherwise stated, all additional experiences and incidentals are to be settled on departure direct with the client.
Please note: A 2.6% processing fee may apply to card payments. To avoid additional charges, we recommend paying by direct bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival: 100% refundable.
Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival: a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.
Bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies for the room nights cancelled.
Festive Season Cancellation Policy (18 December – 10 January)
Bookings cancelled from 1 September to date of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies for the room nights cancelled.
Groups (4+ Rooms) & Buyout Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 90 days of arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies for the room nights cancelled
