Personal Chef Experience

Let our chefs spoil you with this unique dining experience.

A poolside BBQ, Al la Carte dining or trust our chefs to create a menu especially for you, featuring local and estate grown ingredients such as freshly caught local fish, venison, duck and crayfish (lobster).

Your selected menu will be cooked to perfection whilst you enjoy the comfort of your villa while taking in the picturesque views of the Bay of Islands.

 

Our personal chef service is included for dinner (if booked in advance) while staying in our Tarāpunga villa.

 

You may book a personal chef when staying in Vineyard Cottage or for other meals. Your chef can also create an intimate dinner party in your villa for small occasions.

PAROA BAY ESTATE BBQ

 

If you would like a laid back New Zealand Experience, you cannot go past the Paroa Bay Estate Barbeque.

Your selection is served to you in a banquet style allowing you to pick and choose from the dishes presented.

 

This menu can be customised to cater for dietary and taste requirements or enjoyed as it is.

Enjoy a two or three course A La Carte meal from your villa. We are most happy to work directly with our guests to achieve their desired meal or our sample menus might just hit the spot!

 

*48hrs notice of any changes to the A La Carte menu will be required to provision effectively.

Three course - $165.00 per person

Let your chef create your evening meal which will be based off seasonal, onsite and local ingredients.

 

Five courses $165.00 per person (recommended option)

Seven courses $200.00 per person

POOLSIDE BREAKFAST

At Paroa Estate, we can adapt a breakfast to our clients’ needs and seek fresh, local, seasonal ingredients that are both a delicious and balanced way to start the day.

Breakfast will come standard with:

Freshly baked breads with Northland produced jams & honeys

Muesli and cereals

Fresh seasonal fruits

A selection of cured Spanish charcuterie

Local cheeses.

If you would prefer a hot option, your chef will supply bacon, eggs, mushrooms & spinach and can cater for most reasonable requests.

 

$60.00 per person (includes breakfast buffet and one hot meal)

Your wait staff will be charged at $35 p/h (allow a minimum of 3 hours)

PICNIC LUNCH PROVISIONING

 

If you would like the option for an activity friendly lunch or a lazy beach side stroll... we can supply a picnic style lunch pre prepared which with a little assembly,

can transform into an intimate and delicious lunching experience.

Hampers will include a selection of charcuterie, pickles, cheeses, breads, fruits, pates, smoked fish and breads.

We will cater to all dietary preferences on a case by case basis.
