The Lindis Group is a premium collection of accommodation destinations, vineyards and a restaurant located across New Zealand.

Where are your accommodation destinations?

The Lindis – South Island, New Zealand

The Lindis is located in the Ahuriri Valley of New Zealand’s South Island. The closet domestic airport is Queenstown, followed approximately by a 2 hour drive north to The Lindis.

Paroa Bay Winery – North Island, New Zealand

Paroa Bay Winery is located in the Bay of Island of New Zealand’s North Islands. The closet domestic airport is Kerikeri, followed approximately by a 1 hour drive south to Paroa Bay Winery. You can drive to the Bay of Islands from Auckland which is approximately 3.5 hours.

Mt Isthmus – South Island, New Zealand

Mt Isthmus is located in overlooking the shores of Lake Hāwea of New Zealand’s South Island. The closet domestic airport is Queenstown, followed approximately by a 1.5 hour drive Mt Isthmus.

Is Sage Restaurant open to the public?

Yes, Sage Restaurant is open for everyone to enjoy. Our standard summer hours are Wednesday to Sunday: 12pm – late. Our standard winter hours are Friday to Sunday: 12pm – late.

Do you provide transfers to your destinations?

Transfers are not included in our nightly rates; however we offer both vehicle and helicopter private transfers at an additional cost. Please enquire for a quote.

Are children welcome at your destinations?

Paroa Bay Winery is family friendly, and children of any age are welcome. We can provide a high-chair at Sage Restaurant and can set up sleeping arrangements for children who require a cot if staying in our luxury accommodation.

Mt Isthmus is family friendly, and children of any age are welcome. We can provide a high-chair and can set up sleeping arrangements for children who require a cot if staying in our luxury accommodation.

Unfortunately, we do not accommodate to children under 12 years old at The Lindis. This is due to our remote and rugged location. We are situated on top of a hill, with no fencing surrounding the lodge so there are safety concerns.

Children under the age of 12 are accommodated with an exclusive full property buyout.

Children aged 12 above and occupying a room with a full paying adult will be charged an additional $600 inc GST per night including an additional foldaway bed.

Are pets allowed at The Lindis Group destinations?

We do not allow any pets at any of The Lindis Group destinations. This is to protect the natural plant and wildlife, as well as considering the comfort of other guests.
