Sage | Paroa Bay Winery, New Zealand

On October 12, Paroa Bay and Haku invite you to experience A Celebration of Kingfish — an intimate five-course long lunch hosted on the deck of Tarāpunga Villa, with wines from Paroa Bay Winery.

Begin your afternoon with Champagne and canapés, taking in the panoramic views across the Bay of Islands. Then gather at one long table for a five-course menu prepared in-villa by the chefs from Sage Restaurant, with each course highlighting Haku kingfish, a journey from nose to tail, right through to dessert.

Throughout the afternoon, enjoy a special selection of Paroa Bay wines, complimentary and pouring all afternoon. Return bus transfers from Russell Wharf are included in your ticket, allowing you to settle in and enjy your afternoon.

Hosted by Paroa Bay, Sage Restaurant, and Haku, this intimate, one-day-only experience is limited to just 30 guests — this is a Savour Northland event.

Tickets are $230 per person, including a glass of Champagne on arrival, a five-course set menu with Haku, complimentary Paroa Bay wines pouring all afternoon, and return bus transfers from Russell Wharf, departing at 12:00 pm and returning at 3:30 pm.
