With alert levels moving frequently within New Zealand, please rest assured that if you are unable to make your reservation due to a government enforced restriction, we will work with you to rebook your reservation for alternative dates.

In the event you are legally unable to travel due to New Zealand Covid-19 domestic or border restrictions a 12-month credit with rate hold will be applied. This can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
